Shipping policy
All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and returned in their original packaging. You have up to 3 days after receiving your online order to submit your Return Request and 7 days to return or exchange your purchase upon receipt of the Return Authorisation Number. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control process before being accepted.
Any product that has been customized or resized at the customer's request, or shows signs of wear, damage, tampering, or is a sale item, will not be accepted for return. You may be held liable if the product shows depreciation due to improper handling.
You will be refunded for products that are returned and accepted. Vetra will cover the return shipping cost by providing a return label. Our team will email you the label to print and attach to your return parcel. Complimentary return shipping is only available for domestic deliveries.
PROCESSING TIME
Your custom jewelry is made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and shipment once payment authorization is completed. Custom-made and limited-edition items may take 6–7 weeks.
SHIPPING METHOD
All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped. All merchandise from vetrajewelry.com ships for free via FedEx or UPS. A signature is required upon delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped for free. Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and VAT, depending on the destination country. These fees are not included in your checkout price. Your shipping provider will contact you regarding payment of any customs fees before delivery can be scheduled. You may also need to provide personal information (such as EIN, IRN, or SSN) for customs processing. Please note that shipping delays due to customs processing are not uncommon.
